R510 2nd UTP link drops all the time

I have a R510 which is connected on one port with a netgear poe switch and the other port is connected to a level1 switch.  The level1 switch is resetting continuously and after a few times the green led on the 2nd port turns to yellow and it stays ok. Most of the time it does not go to yellow but green led goes on and off all the time and switch keeps resetting all ports. Tried 2 other patch cable allready, different switch port, resetting it. Same result. What is wrong?

The level1 switch seems to be faulty. Everything ok now.

I just bought a new switch. Luckily everything works fine again and nothing else got damaged.
