R500 unleashed help! Please!

After setting up R500 as master with guest login portal and everything works fine, but it doesn't let me login to admin page. every time i type in http://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ it automatically goes to http://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/selfguestpass/login.jsp?cookie=&redirecturl=  i used IP address same thing. i have reset the unit setup again same thing. it would not let me go in to admin. i cleared browser history cookies, tried different browser same thing. Can anyone help me. what am i doing wrong.

Hi Satvik,

Are you connected to guest SSID while accessing the Unleashed? If yes, please connect to Unleashed using wired connection or to a regular SSID and try to access the master using it's IP address.
