I have a Lennar Smart home and i have the unleashed app on my phone. I'm unable to connect to it. The user id is my email but the password is not working... is there not anyone that you can talk to about these types of issues. it telling me that my login information is incorrect and im unable to reset the password ... it give another error :Sorry Password recovery is disable and needs to be set up:
Hi @jchare, Thank you for using the forum. Are you able to connect to the WIFI or you are not able to do that either? If you don't know the username and password you will have to factory reset the Access Point.
