Yesterday I received the new AT&T fiber modem and now cannot get signed in to the unleashed app or via the website. I have tried all of the password combinations that didn't work for Aeluig. I even bypassed the DNS and tried to use the IP address to login directly. Same results. I even deleted the unleashed app from my iphone and reinstalled latest version. All of the hardware lights are identical to Aeluig's so I am not reposting those here
I think as I stated above I cannot access via the unleashed app OR via the web interface using the IP address. I also tried to access using the IP address as a different login destination in the app. When I use the app I get the error message that the login failed and the destination IP is not reachable. This is the same IP address that the web interface accepts however. Is there some kind of backend master password that works for all? If not, is the only alternative resetting the whole system and starting over?
@dnichols-5591 Thanks for clarification earlier statements were contradicting hence wanted to clear it out. AFAIK with iOS app we are still having some issue and currently pending new Ruckus Unleash app approval (pending from apple team). The password for the unit is configured while setting up or changed over course of time as user intend (we only have default password on standalone Units).
