I set the NTP server to my server on LAN but Unleashed still queries outside servers

I have several NTP servers on my LAN and in the System Management of Unleashed I entered the URL of one of my servers on LAN. I use pi-holes as my DNS servers. In my pi-hole logs I can see that Unleashed queries my NTP server and simultaneously one outside server. And they are always 
0.africa.pool.ntp.org
0.asia.pool.ntp.org

I am in Canada. This does not make sense. First, what is the point of setting a server URL in settings if it is basically ignored? And why does it query such remote servers when there are plenty of closer ones? The country code in Unleashed is set to Canada.

I got the same result as you, even I set NTP to default "ntp.ruckuswireless.com", it would also connect "0.asia.pool.ntp.org". The device in this test is located in UK. Software version is 200.16.7
