I have a network with 2 unleashed R610 Accespoints with around 15 Clients. 4 of them are IOT (ESP32 or ESP8266) devices. With newer firmware Versions they are disconnected every 5 to 30 Minutes. The communication with the devices stocks and won't work reliable. What can I do do debug or better fix this problem.

R610s can be upgraded to the latest 200.14 version, please upgrade and see if those devices can connect.
Are those 5G capable or 2.4G only?
If on latest version your clients are having issues, some troubleshooting will be required like why clients are dropping, check the event logs, see the disconnection reason, AP support log will also display why a client was dropped (look for "reason=" for your client MAC in support log).
For more in-depth troublshooting, you may need to log a case with support.
