Camera clients keep disconnecting

Using a few R500 APs to provide wifi and having an issue with cameras disconnecting (Wyze V2 hacked with Dafang firmware). Cameras show as connected in Unleashed with excellent signal yet I cannot ping or otherwise access them. Selecting one and running the troubleshooting utility brings all connections back online and I am able to view/access them again. This happens at least a few times a week if not almost daily. I have tried adjusting various settings with no luck.

Cameras have static IPs on a separate VLAN, running pfsense for routing/firewall.

We probably need to check the behavior and logs to see what is happening at the time of issue.
It would be best to contact our support so that we can check on this.
