Bypass Apple CNA RUCKUS Unleashed 200.18

i have a issue that user using Iphone and Mac device cannot auto connect. Checked that there is a guide enable Bypass Apple CNA "https://docs.commscope.com/bundle/unleashed-200.18-onlinehelp/page/GUID-559A19F1-4D35-4D62-AC1B-85EC..." , but I cannot find this option in my AP.

Thank you for your post, I understand that you wish to enable the Bypass Apple CNA Feature but is not showing as an available option on the controller. Could you please indicate the AP model and the current software version?

If the AP is on software previous to 200.18, the interface will look quite different, so I would recommend checking the image below instead:

i think it didnt show out because I'm not using Standard Usage with Web Auth enabled. But i still facing a issue that my IOS or MAC OS device will show cative.apple.com page with connecting to the WiFi.

Hi,

If the client connects to the Hotspot SSID >> Opens the browser automatically >> It has to redirect to the Portal URL configured.
But before that it send the request to captive.apple.com (for Apple clients), which is then redirected to the portal URL configured.

If you are not getting redirected to the Portal URL, maybe we need to have a look on the configuration.
Can you share the screen shots of the Hotspot portal configuration?
