AP Speed Test (Speed Flex) not working on Unleashed 200.16.7.0.325

When I run an AP Speed Test, I get a popup that says "Another test is in process. Please wait 5 seconds". I have tried waiting and rerunning but nothing happens. I am seeing this issue on multiple R650s and a H550. This was previously working on the latest 200.15 release.

BUT Ubiquiti has some fancy traffic flowing animations in their next release, so we got that going for us

This is actually working now. I don't know why it started to work but I didn't do anything except maybe restarting my APs.
