Connected to wifi but no internet for Tablet

Tablet does not with with ruckus wifi.

In a school with ZD and many APs. Works fine in other schools on system such as meraki. 

Tablet updated. Also provided static details but made no difference.

What could be preventing this?

Hi @MALI 

Can you please confirm your ZD model and if it is on latest code of controller. Further such issue would require packet capture on WiFi side hence I would suggest to open a case with us to track the details over a dedicated case.
