migrating to a new modem connection for our guest wifi. currently zd1200 and 7055 wifi units are assisgned static ips. I wonder if I can just assign everything to dynamic and plug the new connection into the zd1200 and have them connect

Best practice says to use a static IP on your ZD1200 so you can always find it.
Once ZD is up/running on new modem/network, connect the AP and do a factory default on it.
AP will discover the ZoneDirector after it gets an IP address. Let us know...
