Please try to check if both AP and ZD have connectivity to each other.
SSH into AP using default password (username:admin,password:sp-admin), and enter below commands
set scg ip reboot
After AP reboot, it should connect to the ZD.
If you still observe any issues please download AP support info and screen shot of ZD interface after navigating to Monitor>>Access points and open a case with Ruckus support (https://support.ruckuswireless.com/contact-us).
