T300 water ingress

Having Issues with water seal on t300. Anyone else seeing these issues? It appears the t310 was design has been completely changed, I assume due to these issues.

Believe it or not, they still haven't replied to a single email.
I won't ever be buying ruckus again. Super annoyed that they have officially dumped the T300 range.its not that old and now I have to tell my customers that its no longer supported....
Would you like to spend another £500 per unit!!!!!!

The t310 has had a design change. So this issue is no longer applicable. But none the less, they didn't want to know!!!
