No access to Zonedirector 1100

When trying to connect to Zonedirector 1100 using browser IE or Chrome, I get this message: 

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

How do I fix this problem? The zonedirector 1100 is still working fine, but I have to update the firmware...

there are already some threads about this issue.
use an old computer, eg. winxp and upgrade at least to version 9.7.2.
