Limit max speed of traffic in Ruckus R300

Is there a possibility to limit the max speed (downstream & upstream) in the WiFi?
For example I have 50 mbps in the network, and I want to limit in the WiFi max to 25 mbps speed.
The 25 mbps will be divided equally between all the users in the WiFi, and I will arrive to the max traffic in the WiFi (max 25 mbps),  I'll have the rest of 25 mbps in the wired network (of total 50 mbps).
