Error Resque Mode at ZD 1100

I have a trouble cause ZD become can access to GUI normally. It happens after want to provisioning new AP ruckus but it make ZD 1100 become hang cause it must be hard restart
I set point to point one segmen ip address 192.168.0.2 is ZD 1100 and my laptop 192.168.0.10
But my ZD that i use web browser to open. ZD 1100 redirect to resque mode page like in below picture



I have troubleshoot to perform reboot click on the button, perform upgrade by select new firmware ZD 1100 browse the new firmware. But the ZD 1100 response with the ZD storage is not connected
And at the last troubleshoot, I click perform FDISK clear the storage. But the ZD 1100 stil response can't detect the storage.
My question are the ZD 1100 directly redirect to resque mode not to normally mode if i remote the ZD point to point. Why it happens?
Can any one help me.

Sorry to hear about your problems. I would recommend opening a support case as it sounds like you may have a hardware problem. https://support.ruckuswireless.com/co... for more info.

Thank you for the explanation. Now that ruckus zd 1100 that have problem still already checked by ruckus official vendor in ruckus Singapore. I still waiting for the result. And now I have already use the other ruckus zd 1100 for network my company customer that borrowed from my ruckus vendor in Indonesia.
