Can any any share the main reason for Noise floor,Airtime,PHY error issue which occur in Ruckus Access point?

Yes, the AP's Athstats section describes interference caused by the environment, like machinery, heating/AC vents, florescent lighting.
Noise Floor is the ambient RF base interference seen.  Airtime utilization displays client traffic (rx/tx) versus interference (busy) seen.
PHY errors indicate packets that the radio cannot decode the OFDM header information.
