AP's Compatibility by Smart Zone 100

I have AP's  model's ZF7363, R300 and R310, the firmware version is: 9.12.3.0.34, please I would like to know if it's compatible with SZ 100.

No, they will not be.  The 7363 is last supported by 3.1.2, and the R310 was first supported by 3.2.0, so they do not overlap.
