Dear All,
we are using SmartZone100 with over 400 APs since last year. Recently, our Partner WatchDog Support for Controller and AP was expired in Jun 2019.
Please advise if we can renew 01 year Partner WatchDog Support for Controller and APs.

Thang, when I first started at my school district last year the support had expired and I was able to contact vendors and get it renewed. You should have no problem renewing.

but now they ask me to renew 3 years support. I can not ask for 01 year support.
