Wifi (AP) Off

Ethernet is fine but none of the Access Points are working suddenly, Wifi network lost.

I tried to login to the switch to check but unable to login neither via

http://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ or http://192.168.0.1/

the switch # is ICX 7150-C12

or how do I find the IP of the Master AP for me to log in?
