Unleash default usename and password isnt working, The internet is also not working

My internet connected via ruckus not working for many days. I connected directly to internet provider network and working on. we need some support to fix this. Please help to resolve this issue

Hi @dharma_raj83 

Ruckus devices distribute internet through your house via the Access Point ( white boxes on the ceiling ), so if there is a connectivity problem, we must check the ISP Router (local router) and see if we have connectivity directly from your Local Router:
