Hi Hi, I’m experiencing heavy intermittent Internet network issues caused by the Ruckus router. We have an AT&T Internet provider and I have checked the gateway from AT&T, having no issues on the AT&T side. require immediate assistance as we’ve been without Internet since the power outage.

I followed the cable method, some reason MobaXterm is not downloading. I went into device manager to locate the Serial for Putty, but my device manager doesn't locate the "COMx" serial. I tried both a type to type connector and a type c to usb, neither are working

Assuming I needed to update the firmware on Switch, I attempted to folow the below article ... however this takes me back to the URL search of my Switch and I can't find my switch login page by searching in the URL. Using hardwire to connect to my switch requires device

manager to identify the Switch and it wont. Feels like im stuck again

Hi @Amulyabhat

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please note that for Upgrade process as well we need the CLI access as your Switch is unable to get the IP address assigned.

1. Once again, please make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file, the driver should be installed using the 2 links below.

Once installed restart your laptop and try to locate the COM port details under 'Ports (COM & LTP)' with cables connected between the Laptop and the Switch (Refer to the below screenshot), Please check and let me know if that works.

Let me know if you see Switch is device manager and access Console CLI.

Thank you again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
