Ruckus router issue after power outage

Hi Hi, I’m experiencing heavy intermittent Internet network issues caused by the Ruckus router. We have an AT&T Internet provider and I have checked the gateway from AT&T, having no issues on the AT&T side. require immediate assistance as we’ve been without Internet since the power outage.

HI Imran_ruckus, how do I know which IP address points to RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch. In the lan scan results on Mac it shows 3 options all with ruckus wireless and all of them go to ruckus unleased. There is not other IP in the scan results

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

When you browser the IP address on a web browser, you should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch's IP Address. 

Please check the other IP Addresses from the IP scan results, by the name of Ruckus Wireless or Brocade Communications to confirm the IP address of the Switch and access the CLI.

I no longer see any of the Ruckus IP addresses on my putty (tried on a windows laptop) or my MAC. Will this get resolved if I connect via cable?

Yes, you can access CLI using console connection. Please refer to the below guide on how to get console access.

While you have the laptop connected to the Switch with a console USB cable and the CLI screen up it asking a username/password, reboot (unplug and plug from the power outlet), and follow the video below.

Once you have successfully recovered the switch password, use the following commands to either modify the existing password or create a new username and password:

enable

configure terminal

device(config)# username super password pass

In this example, the username is ‘super’ and the password is ‘pass’.

To ensure proper authentication, execute the following commands:

device(config)# crypto key generate rsa

device(config)# aaa authentication login default local

device(config)# aaa authentication web-server default local

I have installed the drivers also but connecting the rucks via usb doesn't detect the device on any laptop. Tried on 3 different machines already
