Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P wired internet connected and working but no wireless network.

All lights are green on switch and 3 access points

Thank you for the response and the detailed information.

Once you complete the factory reset process, do you see the new Wi-Fi network you set up during the reset?

Could you please confirm whether you are able to see the Wi-Fi network name you set up during the factory reset process? NO

Additionally, are you able to connect to this network and access the Internet? NO

I got admitted to the hospital last night so no Access to my network until tomorrow or the next day

Greetings of the day!!!

Thank you for sharing the requested information on an private chat.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not working with console cable to access CLI and not getting IP address assigned from the ISP (Internet Service Provider's) Router. Checked with multiple troubleshooting steps. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
