Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P switch damaged after power outage

Hi,

My Ruckus switch in lennar home is not working after a power outage. Only the amber lights are on in the main switch and there is no power being delivered to the access points.

I tried following the fixes mentioned in the forums to no luck. Please see the screenshots attached.

Hi, Yes. The ethernet cable was connected to the laptop the entire time. And the switch was powered on. It was only the amber lights that were coming on.

Thank you for sharing the requested information.

Based on the troubleshooting performed, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not responding properly, and the Software Recovery process has been unsuccessful. A hard reset was also attempted; however, the issue still persists.

As a result, this Switch unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.

To initiate the replacement, please contact us via chat using the link provided below in this post. Kindly copy the URL/link of this post and paste it in the chat along with the serial number of your RUCKUS Switch when prompted.

Hi,

In our Lennar community, there are lots of complaints for this particular switch model. How can I get an upgraded switch model, so that this issue doesn't repeat?
