Ruckus ICX-7150-C12P stuck in boot cycle under any load

I am a Lennar homeowner with an ICX-7150-C12P switch. The switch boots to a solid green SYST light, but when something is plugged into the switch it crashes after 3-5 min causing the SYST light to flash amber. The switch drops all power to the connected ceiling access points and leaves other devices that are plugged in with no internet. I've attempted the factory reset but that didnt work. I have a case open for a RMA replacement.
