Ruckus ICX 7150 - C12P does not want to reset

Hello I tried to hard reset it about 20 times and the lights just stay blinking. I tried to do the software reboot and I was stuck in the COMS section and couldn’t do the coding.

Hello i replied above i got stuck again this is really difficult
