RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P stopped working and all status LEDs are on and solid amber. I have tried the factory reset more than 10 times and the status lights never change from solid amber when applying power. I have also tried the software reload with no avail.

It even says so in your guide:
Start>type the putty>open > select the serial>change the COM # with the same you found previously>Open> now you will gain access to the CLI if the Switch via console/serial.
And you can see in the screen shot that I provided that I don’t get the boot> prompt as identified in your guide. STOP WASTING MY TIME AND RMA THE SWITCH.

Why did you approve the RMA in this thread but won’t approve mine when I say it’s not working:
I believe there is some discrimination occurring here.

Here is yet another forum proving the switch should respond on console port with just the USB console cable with Type-C connector as the instructions say OR:
Please RMA the switch as I have requested multiple times now as my home wireless network has been down for multiple days now.

Apologies, as informed multiple times this forum is on best effort basis, as per our part of the process and policies we must check all the recommended troubleshooting steps for the issue. And we cannot RMA without confirming if it is a hardware issue. The warranty is Not covered for software issues.
Please help us with the PICTURES and VIDEO consisting of the following process mentioned below:
Single Video should consist of –
1. Showing Physical cables setup between Switch and the Laptop.
2. Showing IP configurations.
3. Showing Device Manager COM port information.
4. And accessing CLI/Console using Putty by COM port.

Why aren’t you asking other thread participants for VIDEO proof, I have already sent you pictures proving to you that the console port is NOT RESPONSIVE. PLEASE GO BACK AND LOOK AT THOSE PICTURES, a connection to the management port via Ethernet cable IS NOT REQUIRED TO CONSOLE INTO THE SWITCH. THE SWITCH IS NOT WORKING.
RMA THE SWITCH….STOP WASTING MY TIME.
Please also make sure to provide your managers contact information as I think they would be very interested in my interaction with you.
