As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working.
As per the light status, connections of your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and Access Points, are in their normal behavior.
Could you please elaborate on the issue in detail, so that we can assist you better?
For example, if you are able to see a Wi-Fi SSID/network broadcasted from your RUCKUS Access Points and connect to it. If you can connect, can you access the Internet? or if there is any intermittent Internet connection, etc.,
Please let me know the answers to the above queries or let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
