Lennar smart home. Power went out for a minute, comes back on and switch doesn’t come back online, amber system light. I try to reset it and all lights keep flashing amber after. Trying to use a CLI while connecting through USC-C. I see on device manager the driver I downloaded to see it flashing on and off but no consistent connection. See the COM number so try to connect through putty even tho no stable connection and can’t read it.
Ruckus says they can’t help directly anymore and I have to use a separate help line. It’s a voicemail and no one has called me back for three days.
is there anything I can do?
