1. Access the Unleashed interface using an incognito/private browser window or try a different browser.
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
3. Attempt accessing the interface using the Master AP’s IP address instead of the hostname.
4. If the issue persists, please power cycle the Access Points, wait about 3–5 minutes for the Unleashed to fully restart, and then try logging in again.
If the issue still occurs after these steps, could you please let us know the firmware version currently running on the Unleashed system?
