Received the new switch

Hello, 

  • I received my new switch and and plug it in and is not connected. I have little but no internet in the house. I went to the unleashed app and try to rest and the new switch is not showing in the app. Please advised?T

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not getting connected to the Unleashed system.

Please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ ? and share a screenshot showing the Switch status. (Please refer to the screenshot shared)

Please check, help us with the above-requested information, and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
