R510 dead after recent TX storms

Can anyone help with this? After recent storms near Houston, I cannot gain internet access through Ruckus WiFi. Pass word is correct and nothing. XFINITY WiFi working. All of our “smart things” are connected to this WiFi.

Based on the information provided, it appears that your RUCKUS R510 Access Points are not working following a storm.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.
