Power went out. PoE has failed. I have an email from Lennar that the switch might need to be replaced with instructions on how to do so. Followed the instructions. I am now here.
I hard reset. I tried to go through the tutorials. Not tech savvy enough.

Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please share a screenshot of the MAC terminal when you are trying to access after connecting the Switch to the laptop?
Also, please share a picture showing the software recovery cables between the Switch and the laptop.
