Suddenly the Ruckus Switch (ICX7150-C12P) has shut down and not powering up, I tried all the diagnostics mentioned in the Forum and still no Luck, Tried resetting and powering off and on the entire power panel and it's still not working. I tried contacting via Chat and I was asked to raise the ticket in Forum.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, LEDs remain dark. You confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists.
As a result, this Switch unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
To initiate the replacement, please contact us via chat using the link provided below in this post. Kindly copy the URL/link of this post and paste it in the chat along with the serial number of your RUCKUS Switch when prompted.

Hi,
I received the replacement but that is also defective, I tried all the options like resetting and powering it in multiple places. This new Switch i received is defective, Can you send me the new working Switch. I Can upload all the pictures and videos if required. I have also responded back to the email.
