No power to AP

We lost power yesterday and now our 3 APs won't work (no lights). We have reset the switch ICX 7150 at least 40 times. Sometimes it has the green power with amber system, and other times all the light get stuck in a continuous loop of blinking amber lights. How can a go about getting a warranty replacement for the switch?

Thank you for your response and the update.

If your laptop does not have a built-in Ethernet port, we recommend using an external Ethernet adapter (please refer to the screenshot below for an example).

Once you have the adapter connected, please proceed with the steps and let me know how it goes.
