Hi,
my power went out and now have no power to access points. I have tried resetting the system at least 20x and it shows green for the power light but then flashing amber lights for the rest. This happens to my system every time the power goes out and is starting to get annoying. Is there a tech support I can pay to help as I don’t have any desire to do the computer hard boot reset etc. I have tried that before as well and it didn’t work. Would rather have a support person.

To help us better understand and resolve the issue, could you please provide the following details?
1.)What are the models of the Access Points deployed in your network?
2.)Are the APs powered through a PoE switch or using a DC power supply?
3.)Are the APs managed by a SmartZone (SZ), virtual SmartZone (vSZ), or RUCKUS Cloud?
