Just purchased a home with 2 Ruckus APs installed previously. I have ATT installed in the cabinet next to the switch. What are my next steps?

Also, how do I know if the 2nd AP is working properly? There are 2 yellow lights on the left, 2 empty lights in the middle, and one green on the right for power

Please help  I have been trying to get this set up for 12 hours now.
