Need Technician Assistance – ICX 7150-C12P Boot Loop Issue

My Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P switch is stuck in a boot loop (blinking orange to green every 10–15 minutes) and dropping my internet connection completely.

I have performed over 10 manual factory pin resets, but the issue persists.

Please send a technician or assist me with an RMA replacement for this defective unit as soon as possible.
