My RUCKUS device has been emitting a very loud 3–5 second beep at all hours of the day and night. It startles the entire household, including my dogs, who go into panic and then anxiety immediately afterward. That is how loud and disruptive the sound is. We have absolutely no idea how to resolve this. Has this issue occurred before, and if so, how can we stop it?

It has been difficult to determine exactly which device the overwhelming, loud beep is coming from. However, we are confident it is one of the RUCKUS units, as our home alarm technicians have already inspected the system and confirmed it is not related to the house alarm.
Could you please guide me to a local RUCKUS technician who can assist us further? I live in the Orlando area (Champions Gate, FL, Zip Code 33896). Thank you.

Apologies, but RUCKUS does not provide on-site technicians for Lennar Homes, as this forum operates on a best-effort support basis.
To assist you further, please help us identify which device the sound is coming from.
Additionally, please try unplugging and reconnecting the cables, then restart the devices and monitor their behavior afterward.

Nothing we have tried has resolved the issue, and this situation has become extremely frustrating. The fact that the system was installed and yet no one is able to come to our home to address the problem is unacceptable. At this point, we will be disconnecting the system and moving forward with another vendor.
