My ICX7150

I am in Lennar home. My ICX7150 is not powering up. No lights on. Kindly advise.

-I understand that ICX7150 is not powering up. No lights on
-Could you check with known good working power cables and power outlets
-if the switch is not powering on even after checked with the know working power resources please log a case by using the below link so that we will process RMA

As advised, opened a case for RMA but it’s getting closed without any resolution. Kindly suggest

As advised, I have tried with another outlet/cable but still the same issue. No lights on my ICX7150.
