Lennar home power outage

Does anyone know how to get power back to the ceiling boxes. The forums instructions are far too technical. My boxes have been down since 11/25.

Did you ever get this resolved? I am having the same issue with my hardware and getting help here on the forum. I'm wondering how it was resolved for you. I am literally begging for someone to help and all I get is the same copy paste messages.
