Lennar Rukus unleashed r510

We have just moved into a lennar home that is 1 year old and has the rukus AP on the ceiling in the living room. 
I was left no instructions on how to set this up and connect to our spectrum router we have just had installed as our primary wifi provider.

does anyone have any basic instructions on how to connect this to my home wifi? 
I believe this AP will allow greater wifi coverage around the house??
