Hello - My ICX 7150-C12P has gone completely down. Access points are also down. There are no lights on the unit at all. I tried the factory reset and plugging into different outlets, but unit is still not powering on at all.

Thank you for sharing the requested PICTURES and a VIDEO.
Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it remains dark. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. Even you tried hard reset using a paper clip. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
