I posted a few months ago that my Lennar smart home things, like my ring doorbell, have gone down, because my access points are no longer providing access. I submitted photos of the ruckus and the access points and was told to log into the access point and make sure all the ports were turned on. By the time I was able to find the IP address and see that they were already on, my ticket was closed. The original post was from 06-06-2025 08:57 PM. Please see that post for what we’ve done.

Sorry. This issue is at my mom’s. She is 74 and cannot do the technology herself. I am only at her house once a week to help her.
