How to resolve boot version mismatch error on the ICX 7150 switch?

Hi,

I am seeing the following. The sec boot code version is 10.1.24 where as the primary boot code is 10.1.14. Is this normal?

The boot version should not affect anything.

May I know if you have any network issues with your Switch or Access Points?

I was away for a couple of weeks. When I came back, I realized that there was a powerblip and network started having packet loss and dropouts.. 

what information do you need to help me resolve this?

when I go from one floor to the other, I am losing connectivity even when there is one AP in each floor.

Thank you for the response.

Please enter the below commands and check the ‘show flash’ and ‘show boot-monitor’. And observe the packet drops.

Note: Hit Enter to accept each command 

enable

copy flash flash primary 

boot system flash primary yes 

Once the Switch boots up, please check the Internet connectivity from your RUCKUS setup.

Hi Imran,

This fixed it temporarily but I started having issues again in the morning. 

My unleashed app is indicating that I am not connected to the unleashed network even when my phone shows that I am connected to the Wifi broadcasted by unleashed. I believe that my first floor access point is having issues. Cant say why but it has been very problematic in the first floor. The other 2 Aps on second and third floor have no issues. 

How to check if the first floor AP is malfunctioning?
