Failed PoE Power Delivery Layer

I am a Lennar homeowner with an ICX-7150-C12P switch that has a failed PoE power delivery layer. The switch boots to a solid green SYST light, but under any active network traffic/load, it immediately crashes into a solid orange/amber SYST light boot loop and drops all power to the connected ceiling access points and Ring doorbell. I have attempted multiple power-on pinhole factory resets, capacitor discharges, and port isolation tests. The hardware is unable to sustain a live load. I am requesting an RMA hardware replacement under the Lennar limited lifetime warranty program.
