Yes earlier it was same setup and everything was working fine no changes made.

1. I am not sure if this is a lennar issue but spectrum asked me to reach out to you guys since it is a ruckus router.
2. I don’t have this kind of lights or setup to my router earlier posted pics are from my router.

Could you please share a picture of the device to which the RUCKUS Access Point is connected? Specifically, we would like to see where the grey Ethernet cable connected to the RUCKUS Access Point is originating from, as shown in the picture you shared previously.

It is connected to 2.5G eth PoE in the back. You can see that in the pictures that i already posted.
