Devices not connecting Ruckus

Some of my devices are not connecting to my Ruckus (ICX 7150-C12P). This seems to happen intermittently and randomly. Nothing has changed at home. Please help. Thank you!

The issue could not be fixed. So, I replaced Ruckus with a different system.  Thank you.
