Devices not connecting Ruckus

Some of my devices are not connecting to my Ruckus (ICX 7150-C12P). This seems to happen intermittently and randomly. Nothing has changed at home. Please help. Thank you!

I will try this today. I have a Mac. Will option 1 still work?

I encountered a problem with Option 1 on my Mac. On step 2, I get the following message: "Unable to expand 'mnz10114.bin". It is in an unsupported format."

I'm thinking about unplugging Ruckus and getting a new mesh system. Is this what you recommend? Thank you

Thank you for your response.

Option 1 is best suited for Windows systems. If you are using a Mac and do not have access to a Windows laptop, please try Option 2.
